RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30 DAY GUARANTEE
Ferruzzi Design is confident that our work will meet or surpass your expectations. Quality matters to us. Since your satisfaction is our priority, we will refund or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Original shipping costs won’t be reimbursed unless the item is damaged or broken due to a flaw in it’s workmanship. Please call or email if you have any questions or corncerns.

RETURNS
Please send an email let us know you are returning an item. You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on a copy of your invoice. Place all original packaging, the jewelry and a copy of the invoice in the return box.

***The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope. The item could be damaged in transit.

You should insure your return. Additionally, we recommend using Delivery Confirmation so you know when your package arrives.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You’ll be sent an email confirming your refund.

Feruzzi Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest shipping insurance and adequately packaging your return. Jewelry lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected in the mail while being returned won’t be refunded or replaced. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued.

EXCHANGES
Please send an email to let us know you are exchanging an item. You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number. Indicate in your email what item you would like to exchange your return for. Since our work consists of one-of-a-kind pieces, it’s important that the piece you prefer is removed from our inventory immediately or it could be sold. Or simply purchase the item you want and return the original item. Either way, please place all the original packaging, the jewelry and a copy of the invoice(with the Return Authorization Number) in the return box. Continue to step 2. located above.

***After 30 days you will be issued a store credit. This credit can be redeemed online or at any art
show. Please contact us if you require an extended time adjustment to this return policy for a special
occasion, such as a Birthday or Holiday Gift that will not be opened before the 30 days. We are happy to
fulfill your specific needs with a customized return policy.

REPAIRS
Ferruzzi Design stands behind the craftsmanship of our work. If a piece becomes damaged or broken please contact us immediately. We will be happy to repair it. Repairs will be handled based on individual circumstances, such as proof of purchase, date of purchase and type/difficulty of the repair. There may or may not be a repair charge. Shipping costs are the the responsibility of the customer.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days.

SALES TAX
Orders placed by Massachusetts’ residents are subject to 6.25% sales tax.

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs can’t fully portray the depth of visual texture, stunning radiance and true of beauty of our work. The very physical properties that make dichroic glass jewelry so captivating to the eye make the medium one of the most difficult to capture in a photograph. Also, please be aware that colors may seem darker or lighter depending on your computer screen. Each piece is individually handcrafted and photographed. The piece you see is the one you receive.
